Xiamen Baijiaxiang Microcrystalline Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2011. It is a private non-listed joint-stock enterprise established by the Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone Management Committee. The company has a group of management and technical research teams consisting of doctors, masters, senior technicians and experts. Mainly engaged in the development and application of lead-free microcrystalline sealing glass, rare earth luminescent materials, design and processing of electronic components and metal casings, and sealing of glass and metal, ceramics and metals.

The company relies on the Materials College of Xiamen University to build a technological innovation model combining production, learning and research. In October 2012, the company jointly established the “Xiamen University-Baijiaxiang Rare Earth Materials Integrated Application R&D Center”.
